Established exemplary buy to sell ratios: 97.5% list to sell ratio (showing an ability to accurately interpret the market and strong negotiating skills); 98.5% of listing offered price (over 90% were under contract within less than one week of listing in multiple offers, showing effective marketing, proper pricing and negotiating skills)

BACKGROUND:

I was raised in the northwest suburb of Itasca, Il, secured my Interior Design degree, and moved to downtown Chicago where I worked 17      years for a contract furniture dealership, designing, selling, and managing multi-million dollar projects for corporate clients like Sony, ABN-AMRO, Siemens, Country Companies etc. By the time I moved back to Itasca, I had lived in 6 of downtown Chicago's north side neighborhoods: rented in the Near North/Gold Coast, Near North/Streeterville, Printer's Row, East LakeView and owned homes in Lincoln Park and West LakeView.

My career and desire to meet my client's needs also caused me to reach beyond the Merchandise Mart and contract furniture industry standards to travel out of the state and work all along the East Coast from New York to Florida, where I sold and facilitated 22 projects. I was blessed to love my work, hone my negotiating skills with corporate clients, and subsequently won 5 International Award Trips for each of 5 consecutive years. I bring the same client focused, "can do" attitude, attention to details, design training and negotiating skill sets to real estate.
