MY PERSONAL GOALS are that each buyer and seller feel as if they are my only client by providing them the following services:

...Achieve client objectives by using the combined experience of 23 years in real estate with the sales, negotiating, and project management skill sets developed, while working in Corporate America for major end users, securing their national purchasing agreements and the timely completion of multi-million dollar furniture projects;

...Maximize SELLER profits by pinpointing strategic pricing, staging their home for sale, promoting the property, and then using the full breath of Coldwell Banker's marketing tools and digital platforms to solidify a top dollar purchase contract;

...Assist BUYERS in finding their ideal home, help them structure a winning offer, present both the buyer and the strength of their offer to optimize acceptance, and then negotiate appropriately to obtain the best possible purchase price in a competitive environment;

...Guide and protect the buyers and sellers, by providing them a team of seasoned and licensed professionals, to help ensure that they see the experience of buying and selling a home as profitable, stress free, and exciting.

Silver Society Award for Closed Sales

Established exemplary buy to sell ratios: 97.5% list to sell ratio (showing an ability to accurately interpret the market and strong negotiating skills); 98.5% of listing offered price (over 90% were under contract within less than one week of listing in multiple offers, showing effective marketing, proper pricing and negotiating skills)

BACKGROUND:

I was raised in the northwest suburb of Itasca, Il, secured my Interior Design degree, and moved to downtown Chicago where I worked 17      years for a contract furniture dealership, designing, selling, and managing multi-million dollar projects for corporate clients like Sony, ABN-AMRO, Siemens, Country Companies etc. By the time I moved back to Itasca, I had lived in 6 of downtown Chicago's north side neighborhoods: rented in the Near North/Gold Coast, Near North/Streeterville, Printer's Row, East LakeView and owned homes in Lincoln Park and West LakeView.

My career and desire to meet my client's needs also caused me to reach beyond the Merchandise Mart and contract furniture industry standards to travel out of the state and work all along the East Coast from New York to Florida, where I sold and facilitated 22 projects. I was blessed to love my work, hone my negotiating skills with corporate clients, and subsequently won 5 International Award Trips for each of 5 consecutive years. I bring the same client focused, "can do" attitude, attention to details, design training and negotiating skill sets to real estate.

CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS:

I am active in my local church and 2 others in the neighboring towns. As a interior designer, I especially enjoy being part of the beautification committees that plan and change the decorations required throughout the liturgical seasons. I am happy to volunteer my time and talents, as    well as, partake in both community and church fundraising projects.

I love travel, philosophy, music, dancing, gourmet French cooking and animals, especially dogs. Voted most athletic in my graduation class, I still enjoy most physical sports, biking, hiking, skiing, rollerblading are easiest...still working on tennis and golf. As a former cheerleader with two brothers, I understand and particularly enjoy and watch most professional sports, especially football, baseball and hockey.
